Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki Phase 2, Chevron and Ajah. Outside these areas? Ask us on WhatsApp.
What does “Chef picks for me” mean?
The chef chooses your lunch from that day’s menu and we tell you what it is on WhatsApp each morning. Prefer to choose? Pick Option A or B for each day when you sign up.
What if my lunch arrives late?
If your lunch isn’t at your desk by 12:30pm, that lunch is free: we add its value as credit. Let us know on WhatsApp the same day.
What if I miss a delivery day?
We don’t refund that day, but we add its value as credit toward your next order. Just let us know within 24 hours.
Can I pause or change my plan?
Yes. There’s no lock-in. Skip, pause or switch plans for the following week. Just tell us on WhatsApp by Thursday.
What if I don’t like it?
Your first week is risk-free. If you’re not happy, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll refund the days you haven’t received yet.
How does the Early Bird price work?
What’s in Premium Lunch?
Every lunch comes with extra protein, and you get a third choice each day: the Chef’s Special. We’ll share what it is on WhatsApp each morning.
Do you do office lunches?
Yes. Office Lunch is for teams of 5 or more at one address: ₦4,000 per person per day, one weekly invoice, named packs for each person.
Bring a colleague?
Yes please. When a colleague you refer signs up, you both get a free lunch. Tell them to mention your name on WhatsApp.
When is my payment confirmed?
After you send your plan on WhatsApp, we share payment details. Pay by bank transfer or POS, and your plan starts once we confirm it’s received.
